# 01. Ordering Protocols (Website & WhatsApp)
ReferHub operates as a hybrid marketplace. Orders can be initiated via our official website or through our verified WhatsApp Business channel (+91 77869 61902). Placing an order does not guarantee confirmation. All orders are subject to internal verification, availability, and approval before payment is requested.
# 02. Order Confirmation & Fulfilment
Once an order is placed, our team will review the request and confirm product availability. Orders are considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation from ReferHub. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order prior to confirmation due to stock mismatch, pricing errors, or operational constraints.
# 03. Payment Policy (Manual Confirmation Model)
ReferHub does not collect online payments at checkout. Payment instructions are shared only after order confirmation and only via our official WhatsApp Business account. Users must not make any payment before confirmation. ReferHub shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized numbers, personal accounts, or without an official order reference.
# 04. Dispatch, Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation. Dispatch timelines generally range between 24–48 business hours post-confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location. ReferHub shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.
# 05. Product Condition, Warranty & Usage
Brand New products are unused and factory sealed where applicable. Refurbished products are professionally tested and fully functional but may show minor cosmetic signs of use. Warranty coverage, if any, is mentioned on the product page. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
# 06. Lead Generation, Communication & Consent
By providing your contact details, you grant ReferHub consent to communicate with you regarding order updates, payment confirmation, offers, and service-related notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Marketing communication may be opted out of upon request.
# 07. Referral & Reward Program
Referral rewards are applicable only on successfully delivered orders that meet the minimum order value criteria. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or misuse of referral benefits are strictly prohibited. ReferHub reserves the right to revoke referral rewards in case of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
# 08. User Responsibility & Fraud Prevention
Users are responsible for providing accurate personal, address, and contact details. Any attempt to misuse the platform, referral system, payment process, or promotional benefits may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or permanent restriction.
# 09. Data Privacy & Information Security
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store sensitive banking credentials. Information is used strictly for order processing, communication, and service improvement. Continued use of our platform implies consent to our data practices.
# 10. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
ReferHub operates in compliance with applicable Indian e-commerce laws. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
