Please read these rules carefully. They explain how ReferHub works, how we handle your orders, and what we expect from our users.
Ordering Protocols
ReferHub is a hybrid marketplace. Orders can be started on our website or through our verified WhatsApp (+91 77869 61902). An order is not a guarantee of stock. All requests must be verified by our team before we ask for payment.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team will check if the item is ready. Your order is only 'Confirmed' once we send you a message. We can cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors before this confirmation.
Payment Policy
We do not take payments at checkout. Instructions are sent ONLY via our official WhatsApp Business account after we confirm your order. Do not pay any personal accounts or unauthorized numbers.
Shipping & Delivery
Items ship within 24–48 hours after your payment is verified. Delivery time depends on the courier. ReferHub is not responsible for delays caused by weather, logistics partners, or natural events.
Product Condition & Warranty
New products are factory sealed. Refurbished items are tested and work perfectly but may have minor scratches. Warranty details are on the product page. Warranty does not cover liquid or accidental damage.
Communication Consent
By sharing your details, you agree to receive order updates, payment info, and offers via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. You can stop marketing messages anytime by asking us.
Referral Program
Rewards apply only to delivered orders that meet the minimum value. Fake accounts or self-referrals are not allowed. We can cancel rewards if we suspect any misuse or cheating.
User Responsibility
You must provide the correct name, address, and phone number. Any attempt to trick the payment or referral system will result in your account being banned.
Data Privacy
We handle your data based on our Privacy Policy. We do not store your bank or card details. Your info is used only to process your orders and talk to you about your purchase.
Legal Jurisdiction
ReferHub follows Indian e-commerce laws. Any legal issues or disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
